MAD Week
Virtual Irish Musical Arts and Dance (MAD) Week will be from July 19-24, 2020. Full-time and Part-time classes are available for all ages, with a special program for kids under 13. By participating in MAD Week this summer, you will not only have the opportunity to take classes and engage with other people interested in everything Irish, but, you will also be supporting our amazing, world-class faculty as they deal with cancelled gigs, camps, sessions, and lessons.

Mike Block String Camp
Mike Block String Camp is an annual summer workshop for string players of all ages and backgrounds, focusing on non-Classical traditions and contemporary musical styles, with emphasis on learning by ear, creativity, collaboration, and performance. The faculty are currently brainstorming about creating an exciting/fun online experience for you that will combine level-based teaching in multiple styles with broader community-building experiences.

Folkway Workshop: Folk Music for Classical Musicians
This course will give a comprehensive introduction to playing fiddle music for any string player. It will be a jumping board for anyone wanting to become a fiddler, or just learn some tunes. This workshop is made for musicians who want to further their musical toolboxes and diversify their experiences and various abilities on their instrument.

Maine Fiddle Camp
Join us for for a weekend of virtual classes, jams, performances, and all the things you love about Maine Fiddle Camp! The weekend will include Zoom Jam Sessions, Zoom Classes for all Instruments, Virtual Camper Concert, Specialty Workshops and more!

Fiddle Pal Camp 2020 From Home
Challenges inspire innovation! This year we have created learning opportunities that had not previously been possible with greater variety, more teachers, more one-on-one access, more “aha” moments. Violin, viola, cello, mandolin, and guitar players learn tunes and techniques from a variety of traditions such as Bluegrass, Scottish, Jazz, Appalachian, Irish, and Blues. Be inspired by the energy of a week of camp and continue to access the lessons for an entire year.
